How do I create a ImparkNow account?
Create a new account with your email address or sign in to an existing account by clicking on the “Account” link at the top right corner of the page.
How do I update my contact details or License plate?
Log into your account. Click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of the page. You can then edit your contact details and your default license plate for future parking orders. If you need to update the license plate for a parking session you have already paid for, please see the Modifications & Extensions section.
How do I delete my account or request data removal?
Go to the “Contact Us” page (link is at the bottom of the page), select the messaging button on the bottom right of the screen and follow the messaging prompts.
Finding & Booking Parking
How do I find parking near a landmark like Canada Place?
Simply type “Canada Place” in the search bar and click “Find Parking”.
Can I reserve event parking for Rogers Arena or BC Place?
Yes – simply enter the venue you are looking to go to in the search bar. Then select the date and times of your event and click “Find Parking”.
How early should I book parking for concerts or hockey games?
Parking demand can be high during events, so to ensure you get a spot, we recommend reserving early. You can book up to a year in advance for added convenience and peace of mind.
How far in advance can I reserve parking?
You can reserve a parking up to 1 year in advance.
Sometimes a location appears without a price; what does that mean?
If a location does not quote a price, please check that you selected a start and end date and time that is within the parking location hours of operation. If it is still not quoting a price, parking reservations may be full or not available for some other reason.
Does my reservation guarantee a specific parking space?
Your reservation allows you to park in any available, non-reserved public parking space at the facility. It does not assign a specific stall. If you require a stall with a specific amenity (such as accessible parking or an EV charging station) you are welcome to use it, provided you meet the requirements and the stall is available. Please note that these stalls are first-come, first-served and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Can I park an RV, Van or Bus?
ImparkNow is intended for personal vehicles only, so we cannot accept reservations for large vehicles such as RV’s or buses at this time. We accept vans however there may be height limitations, please check the location details page for height restrictions of a parking facility.

Taxes
Prices shown include all applicable taxes. The amount of tax is broken out on the check-out page and on emailed receipts.
Modifications & Extensions
Appointment is running late, and you need to extend?
To extend your time in the lot, please make another reservation.
Changed license plate?
If your reservation has already started, we’re unable to make changes to the license plate number. In this case, we recommend purchasing a new reservation with the correct plate to ensure everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us for more options. Just click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of our Contact Us page. If your reservation is scheduled for a future date and/or time, please click Account in the top right corner. Find the reservation you’d like to update and then click view. Scroll down to Vehicle Details and click Edit. Make sure you click Update to save your changes!
Need to cancel a reservation?
Plans change; we get that! We’d be happy to help you cancel your reservation, as long as your parking has not started yet. There are two ways of doing this as follows: Log into your account, select the reservation you wish to cancel and click View, then scroll down to the cancel button and click cancel. Your reservation will be cancelled. Just head to our Contact Us page and click the chat icon in the bottom right corner. Our team is ready to assist!
Can I enter before my reservation starts or leave after it ends?
No. Please enter and exit within your reservation timeframe; failure to do so may result in a Notice from Enforcement. You can check your reservation times in your email confirmation. To extend, book a new reservation appending your original reservation.
What if there is no parking space available when I arrive?
Just head to our Contact Us page and click the chat icon in the bottom right corner. Our team is ready to assist!
Monthly Parking
How do I pay parking for a Month?
Simply select the “Monthly” tab in our search area and choose the time range that best fits your needs. Then, select the garage that is most convenient for you and proceed to checkout to complete your payment.
Tickets & Enforcement / Contraventions Et Application
Paid for parking but received a Notice?
Please contact us using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the Contact Us page.
Do I need to display my receipt on my dashboard?
No, our Enforcement team uses a real-time license plate database (no dashboard display is required). Please make sure your license plate is accurate on your reservation.
Accessibility & Electric Vehicles
Accessible parking
Unfortunately, we are unable to save Accessible parking stalls.
EV Charging
Many of our parking lots offer EV Charging for your convenience. To check availability at your preferred location, simply visit the location page and look under the ‘Amenities’ section.
Winter parking
For added protection from the elements, we recommend choosing a covered garage. That said, our surface lots are also well-maintained to ensure a clean and reliable experience.
